That's not true. I'm in GA and there are Grainger stores here, but I've never been charged tax for any Zoro orders. They only charge sales tax if there is a physical location in your state. Here is a quote from Zoro's website:

Might depend on your location. Looks like these were bulk-shipped from a Prepaid card processor in Cincinatti, OH. I'm in GA and got mine yesterday, so they mailed it either this past Thursday or Friday. I mailed my rebate on 7/10/2015.
