Yes, I have updates. Been SOOO busy lately with life in general to update this thread. Shop is now a fully operational Powder Coating shop. Been doing tons of business out of it and many projects within the new walls.

I liked the strength of the engineered panels. This thing is so damn solid, once the panels were secured, there was no budging or movement of any sort....and this was BEFORE metal went on.
CONCRETE FINALLY!!! After several re-schedules due to the rains in Delaware, found a clear day the concrete guys were available.
Due to my location, being downhill, they designed a swail in the pad to move water where it needs to go.
Well, progress slow due to the stupid rain. Finally was able to get a few sunny shots in, but the rains came back. Today had some great progress with the roof and rear side metal.
We're just over the edge in Kent county. Had to jump through more hoops than I care to discuss to get this underway. Will Kramer has been great at assisting with supplying all the technical info the county required and has been answering the phone every time I call...and I do often ;) Lots of...
