I ordered 2. They came in a box instead of an envelope. They look new to me. No issues here.

I know this is an old thread, but I bought some Bahco ratchets based off reading this thread. I took them apart today and lubed them, and my dual 80 snap on stuff. Decided to take a few pics of the 3/8 stuff and post them. Bahco on the left, dual 80 on the right. The finish on the bahco is not...

Took me about a year to notice on the newer one... Around 2007 is when I bought the USA one... Wish I had taken better care of the "good" one now.
