    odd wrench

I tried searching and didn't find any info, so I have a question. I have a double box end craftsman wrench that is mis labeled( stamped). The 9/16" side is marked 1/2 and the 1/2" side is marked 9/16. Is this a collectible?

Deep or Standard Depth Impact Sockets

Just picked up a 14pc. deep set (3/8-1-1/4?) from Harbor Freight. Both the standard and metric are on sale for $20 per set. I was also at sears today...their set 12pc.set was 89.99. I thought it was a pretty good deal and wanted to pass it on.

As for 3/8 drive, I am always replacing the craftsman ones...except for an older model..it has a metal, chrome looking F/R selector instead of the newer...

    7/8 x 18 tap

I don't have any pics right now, but I am going from a full length tie rod, and a drag link from pitman arm to steering arm above the knuckle, to a set-up where the draglink will connect to the tierod near the knuckle. I have the right diameter tube on there now, I just need to shorten both of...

I need to buy a tap to tap the ends of my tierods. (I'm upgrading to 1 ton steering on my jeep axle) The one ton tie rod ends use 7/8x18 thread I believe. Does anyone know where I can find an inexpensive (notice I didn't say "cheap") one? I also am unfamiliar with fluted? taps or taps in...

    Garage door help

Called the supplier, Turns out they didn't send me the "struts" that run horizontally across the door on each panel. Therefore the door was too light for the springs. I went and picked some up and now with the added weight I have got it pretty close. Thanks for all your help.

    400 square feet

I'd go with 18x22 just in case you end up with two vehicles to put in there. Little more room on the side to get in and out. just my .02

    Garage door help

Well I thought I could figure it out:headscrat. I put a insulated 16x9 overhead door in my garage and can't seem to figure out the spring tension for the door. There are two springs. If I turn them the same amount it will pick the door up off the floor but by the time its half way up, theres...

Compression - Show Off Your Compressor

I just picked up a 220v Sandborn single stage 60 gal. 5 hp for $100. Nothing to brag about or waste time w/ pics but I'm pretty excited about it. I think it only makes half the noise my little craftsmen one did and I shoudn't have to wait for it to pump up between changing tires! I haven't...
