Just a general thought….. sometimes the nomenclature throws off the search. I have several aircraft guns and they use ‘nose piece’ instead of tip. Yet not all do. No real standardization for items like that.

Smooth inside. Something used to gather needle or ball bearings to place over a shaft? I’m stumped.

My only other guess is that it’s part of a set with larger and smaller ones. So the big part number is truncated per piece.

Definately Snap-On. Might predate the latest numbering system and its small enough to not have enough room for a lengthy code.

Fine knurling with two internal dimensions: 1.0 inch ID and .85 on the other side. Internally it is stamped SNAP-ON TK-20. Google isn’t very helpful.

Any access to hold a hex nut on top? From there a carefully aimed MIG or TIG weld down the center of the nut through to the hogged out area of the burred up screw to solidly fuse them. Then wrench or socket it free. Plan B would be a taller cap screw to stand on top of it and weld in carefully...

Rule out an air leak. Check hoses and fitting tightness.

Silicon Bronze rod if TIG or SiB spool if MIG will manage your lower heat due to thin sheet metal concern. Pure Argon and DCEP.
