The amount of moisture shown would not amount to any damage, IMO. You will probably see more from condensation and thats not always bad, i have seen lots of damage done to buildings that have been sealed tight.

Mine hang on the wall, im sure though that hundreds are stored between the studs on new houses then covered with insulation and drywall. That method does get frustating.
Hard to tell what's going on there, but, generally speaking the form board would be removed after pouring.
Looking a little closer i think i see , some insulation running down on the inside would help protect that board and keep frost out.
