I deal with similar issues in a tandem garage with all my toolboxes. I don't have any workbench area without sacrificing working room. going to keep an eye on this myself. I did add some of those rubber made tracks to hang things and also some overhead storage, but I have a bit more ceiling...

I am looking at using the Hilti 500 v3 epoxy with a set of the PS2-58 anchors in my garage. Wasn't sure if using the Hilti epoxy would be a concern with a non-hilti anchor. I hear the epoxy is top notch and has a little more working time than the stuff that dannmar sends with the wej-it...
