When that laminate absorbs some moisture from condensation on the slab...and it will, it's gonna stink.

I've had a Superior Radiant Products GR30 for 10 years, 600sqft garage. I like the recovery time after the garage door has been opened, and the efficiency, and keep the thermostat at around 60 degrees F (15 celcius). I tend to use the garage more if it's warm. Infrared tends to be about 30%...

Sounds like a good plan with the ceiling boxes. I ran wire for in-ceiling speakers. Glad I did. I'd assume your Lutron system will do this but I ran a 14/3 wire from house to garage to control the outside lights.

My concrete was like this when I bought my place. Drove me crazy for years. Was also pretty uneven, so I did drypack and self levelling, and then porcelain tile. I wish I had done it years ago. Hope you find an easier solution though.
