I have a 12v DeWalt 3/8 that I use daily and I am very pleased with. Its not going to do lug nuts but for small things its great. Also have an old Snap-On Versavolt 1/2" and a new Snap-On 1/2". The Versavolt was a tough one but the new 1/2" Snap-On is badass. Money well spent

I use volvo shipping tubs from work and cut off 55 gal drums. I dont know how big of stuff you work on but the cut down drums are pretty versatile.

Like he said. you'll need them when you least expect it and if you dont have them your screwed. they come in handy for some fuel pumps and air compressors or accessory drives.

Since I upgraded to fine tooth ratchets a few years ago I dont know how I lived without them. Best thing since sliced bread. And I think the green hard handle Snappys are a limited production. At least thats what my dealer said.
