I've had good success with Ryobi for seldom used tools and their lawn & Garden. For me it was cost and use frequency....cost won and not been disappointed. Milwaukee is my go too also....
I have the one in you pic, it 5 years old and still in great shape. But the catch is I ordered it from Shelter-Logic direct and got the upgraded cover. The standard covers aren't very good and the upgraded ones are expensive, but my experience is they are well worth it.

I've had one for a couple years and have used it for fence posts and planting for the wife. It works great, handles rocky soil pretty well and saves me a lot of work. For me it has been really worth it.
Mine doesn't either and I've been using it 5+ years. But after using it for weed killer I let it spray clean water through it for a minute of 2 to clean it.
Everybody has something they like to use for stripping cast iron. Personally I put them in a backyard fire pit when I use it. Leave them in there all night as the fire burns out and they are in the coals. In the morning remove them and was thoroughly moving straight into process of seasoning...
