Ok I have a 20x26 concrete block garage that I'm heating with natural gas this winter so I need to insulate the roof. It is a flat roof with no vents and 2x12 construction. So are there anymore budget/diy friendly options other then spray foam that won't have rot/mold issues?

to me when your deciding what plasma to get your really just deciding which hypertherm model you want. +1 on the pm30. i have a pm 65 and love it.
