What's the best way to clean up after diamabrush on floor scrubber I swept and vac still get dust. Trying to get it ready to put down macropoxy would pressure washing help or hurt thanks?

The two boards are where my brother tried to help lol and I just insulated to the bottom of the truss cause thats as high as I'm going with osb board. The roof is already done with the bubble stuff with shiny side up.

All I know is closed cell. Supposed to be 1 inch thick but actually 1 1/2 to 2 inch in some places
