I use fans for my electronics work. a 120mm and a 80mm both running off my bench supply. I tried using lead free electrical solder and gave up on it. The stuff just seems extremely difficult to work with.

My drill press wanders as well, and some rubber matting worked for it.

Is there a reason why, you went with the USDM motor, rather than an SR20 swap? Are you trying to stay in some kind of race class, or you just wanted to?

I'd want another 200sq/ft of room. It doesn't matter if your garage is as big as a warehouse, all your stuff will expand to fill all available room. If your building a car from the ground up, or stripping it right down, without alot of extra room, that garage will turn into a 1 car garage...
