the box says it was shipped from schiller park, IL. but the sticker says Des Plaines, IL. The square on the other side of the bullet is blank, 08 83 is stamped on the bottom of the moving jaw key.

Does this look like a US made Wilton Tradesman? There is a 8 83 stamped on the bottom of the key. Sorry for the shaky pics.
