With the coupon they should come out to $40 per. I figured the 12/3 was worth the extra $ over the 16ga Bayco models I was looking at ($24-30). At a discount compared to the HF model, seems like a no brainer to me.

Northern Tool has their house brand Ironton 40' 12/3 triple tap cord reel on sale for $49.99. If you get their coupons (5 off 25, 10 off 50, 20 off 100) you can get it for even cheaper. The retractable feature isn't the greatest but overall they are pretty good, especially for the money...

They are not on the website yet, not sure about in store. I haven't seen them on a catalog since my initial post.

I would put money on they are all the same. Red ones **** by comparison. The Gray ones only fit 9.5" wide tires and the Daytona along with most of the hydraulic ones fit 11" wide tires. I would also echo the sentiment of sticking with mechanical rather than hydraulic.
