You can rent a Honda Eu2000 generator around here for about $25.00. Puts out almost 20A and is VERY quiet..... I own 2 of them.

I worked for Hotsy for about 21 years. For a small time they made a heater like that and I owned one for about 5 years. Puts out an incredible amount of heat. Kind of noisy as the burner puts out a fairly good roaring sound. Also it definitely left a kerosene odor in the shop..... but it does...

I've got a Wayne Dalton.... It was on when I bought the house. So far... so good... very quiet and fast. Can't believe there aren't more choices along this line. Also has a 10 second delay button that lets you leave the garage before the door shuts. It doesn't use the photocell sensors so...

None of the link buttons work for me.... not very impressive.

I like it bright..... I've got 6 fixtures each with 6 T5 52W bulbs. I love it! Also like the way the T5's work at cold temperatures.

I have some new T5 fixtures with 6 52W 4 ft. lamps. Incredibly bright and no perceptible flicker.... also work even when the garage is very cold. They replaced some old T12's.

I have one of those laser levels.... set it at the floor and aimed it at the ceiling to get a line.

We've kept it in the cupboard for as long as I can remember... no problems.
