It's weird that somebody don't think such injection vestige is defect. Yes, you can use it to do its work. But a good tool is not only about its fuction, but aslo must has some aesthetic point. This vestige is ugly, and looks like a ****. Sandpaper couldn't save it anyway.
Knipex 95 95 20 angled scissor has very well design and works well too. But the resin injection hole is rough. I have many Knipex tools, none of which has such problem.
After doing some research, I'm pretty sure that the deformation happens after quench process.
So there must be a straightening procedure at the end. Then this is totally a quality control issue!
For washing machine bearing, punch and hammer are all you need. I've replaced bearings of my DAEWOO mini washing machine two times. No inner bearing puller is needed.
