I need the screw collar if its available?

Helping my son set up a shop for his small farm. He has a 974 1/2 Chas Parker vise. Everything is working on it, and almost no wear. It is missing a part. Not sure what its called but its the collar or stirrup that holds the screw from backing out. Any idea where we might get one or do I...
