It's kinda hour glass shaped or shaped kinda like the number 8 with indentions on each side - have no idea what it's used for.

Wow - I am so lame at this stuff - okay I looked again and it's actually only got 3 phillips/regular head of various size heads and the 4th item is that reversible blade thing that one of you pointed out. The 5th item is the handle. Sorry about that.
