hello all - I am moving into a rental home. the land lady ok'd the painting of garage walls. The garage is set in a hill so the exterior walls are all concrete block, essentially under grade. at the bottom they appear to be seeping a little moisture through as well as a little mold...

my favorite - the size, and my tool box. i have always wanted one and finally got one! least fav. - its a rental...and moving all that wont be fun. and car water (the nasty stuff that melts off your car in the winter) that is in the work area . -Dan
