Curious for the people that have floor drains and are required to have an oil water separator. Does yours go into the city sewer or your septic system? Looking at a small shop I found for sale, it’s on septic and the oil water separator goes into the septic. Is this problematic? I’m assuming...

Need anything special to go up that high, bracing or anything that would make it more complex than if it was a smaller height?

With the price of wood and steel right now I’m not so sure. I’d like to price both out and see, but I didn’t think you could go really high with block.

Looking into getting a building put up, trying to decide Pole barn (wood) vs concrete block. With pole barns I see height isn’t really an issue, how high can you build with block? I’m wanting to do a 16-18ft ceiling height.

I think that due to the size a conventional duct system would probably be better suited than a mini split system.

Mini splits are popular, but I think they have their place as well as forced air systems.
