Thanks. Yes, the builder put foil insulation under the roof. Not much R-value but it seems to stop condensation.

Thanks. My friends and family think it is overkill too but its a good size for me. Of course, if I could have gone bigger I probably would have. The only thing that stopped me was a big pecan tree behind the garage. I also hate too much clutter, which is why I will probably put up a shed...

Thanks. The ceilings are 10 feet high. Probably should of got 12 or 14 feet ceilings. The two front garage doors are 10' wide and 8' tall. The side garage door is 9' wide and 8' tall.
