By "traps", are you guys referring to the J curvature in the drain flow? Also, I can see the water in the drains, so total evaporation isn't the issue. I do occasionally wash the cars inside, or spray the floors clean with water. Both instances I'm sure result in >5 gallons of water flowing...

Does anyone have any experience with the Griots garage units? They're having a 15% off sale, and coupled with their customer service/lifetime guarantee, are very tempting. I realize the Gojaks are a better unit, but at a commensurately higher cost. Are they really worth it?

I noticed Costco just started selling a Dannmar 4-post lift (it's under the what's new tab). Anybody have any experience with this company? I've never even heard of them. Thanks in advance!
