I finally got the bits together to fit the earlier hard handle to a later soft handle ratchet.
Top - Soft handle was a bit reluctant to come off and had to be cut off with help from my angle...
Is it possible to replace the soft grip handle on a later SHL936A ratchet with the eariler orange one?
If so are they just a press fit on, so just bash them off?
Would be nice to have these both matching.
I have a plenty of those Facom Ergotwists both screwdrivers and torx, some are from a set I bought 10 years ago and still going strong.
Recently got a set of SO orange handles and I would not say either is better than the other, just a different designs. Probably still use the Facoms more...
my first orange handles!! Were shrink wrapped but had some rust spots on them. Cleaned up ok though.
