    Ultra precision parking

I had a block wall covered with drywall but I put up a piece of rubber and when I touched it I knew I was all the way in. I had only 1" of clearance from the roll up door strong back to my rear bumper.

    Garbage Disposals

I have been a licensed plumber for 30 years and although I don't do residential I only have bought and recommend the cheapest insinkerator disposal. They are quiet and how often do you really run them anyways. Even the smallest HP will dice up anything you are throwing down there and that is...

Altering trusses to clear a hoist.

Spend the money and hire a truss engineer. It's not going to break you but living in Ontario you get snow and if you don't guess the proper way to do this you'll be lucky to have the roof collapse when you are not in there.

4000 psi, no less. Fiber reinforced. Fiber expansion strips at all vertical walls. Have them apply them to the walls with urethane of equal adhesive one day prior to the pour. What is the best recommended silicone or caulking for windows?

Silicone is for fish tanks and forget latex, that will mold eventually. Urethane is your best bet by far and I would only use Sika 1A. How big is your door on your Liftmaster 8500?

My door is 9x16. The main thing with the Raynor-Liftmaster openers that they are DC motors and that gives them much more torque than the AC motor operators out there.

    concrete floor

Are you a gambling man? Concrete floor preparation should be 80% of the labor for the entire job when it comes to any concrete coating. If you skimp on any correct prep just think of what it will take to remove the epoxy and apply it the right way if a when it fails. That should open your eyes...
