eBay! They come up every once in a while. They aren't very hard to come across and sometimes go for very cheap. It just takes a strong motivation to search for them. Mine are Matco and S K branded.

I absolutely love these things! The magnets are crazy strong and they dont take up much space compared to other rails. A bit expensive but totally worth it. Here is my setup with some of these rails.
