After looking again.. on the swing arm, of the top Bead breaker. I found this. ( AP-310) And to the right of that there's what appears to be a company logo or something. It in the shape of a diamond with the letter. S inside the diamond.

I googled bishman and coats. I did a search, then I googled images for both manufactures and I seen some that were manual that kind of looked like it in design.. I have went over and over the machine and I come up with nothing. The bolts and nuts are SAE. So I asume its usa made

All the covers are in place in the recent photos. However I did remove the big yellow rap around from it today and I been really giving a go over once again. So far nothing in the way of #s or markings of any kind. I will take more indepth photos and post them. Thanks
