The floor is painted with a Sherman-Williams Industrial/Marine 2 part epoxy. I highly recommend this coating and there are tons of color choices and 3 sheens to choose from. I applied two coats and allowed it to dry 3 weeks before putting a vehicle on it. I purchased a 7,000 lb. outside slider...

This is a collection of construction photos of my garage project, started 7/06 and finished 9/06. The footprint is 28' x 56' plus a 6' x 20' covered open storage in the rear and a 5' x 6' compressor closet. I'm very happy with the end result, it's being used daily, ain't retirement great...
