Uhm, am I missing something here??? OP wants a 40x50 building ----> not simply exterior metal sheeting. A building needs to be engineered and with plans for city/county/state/etc approval. Does your steel yard engineer and provide these? Haven't found a steel yard in the Pacific Northwest...
