Depending on code in your area propane company will probably run soft copper tubing to your hookup with flared copper connections. 120lb tank is approx 48" high. I ran 1/2 black pipe from my heater all the way to the...

Old house/concrete - garage lift suggestions

First question What vehicles will you be working on? I work on Porsches and the quick Jack doesn't go high enough to remove motors so it's really only good for the pits or tire and brake work. Between 265 & 485 SQ/FT Woody's Works Garage

We have a similiar product here called fluid film. It's been around for along time and was used primarily for steel cables in a saltwater marine environment. Apply with a Schutz gun. Garage looks awesome by the way, only thing missing is a 911.

Sealing new concrete floor...what is this?

Why would you use a pressure washer and degreaser on new concrete? I wouldn't put anything on the floor until you have someone who's an expert on concrete look at it.

    Suggestions welcome...

Putting new concrete over old is a bad idea and a waste of time and money. Do you have any moisture problems?? Have you done a moisture test? What's your budget? Are you going to do this yourself? It's hard to tell the overall condition of the whole space with those pics. 17 by 17 is a pretty...
