We hope so but planning for at least a months worth of work, a tin of cleaning outside and in the shop area plus a complete remodel of the office, and repaint of the exterior are all on the table

It was originally a repair shop when it was built, the lats tenant owned a concrete business, not sure how they used it but that's what it was, building is about 30 years old
