Well, I went over the bottom front as has been suggested and there is nothing stamped. This has me really curious as to who manufactured this box for JCPenney. I called Waterloo and asked them if they had spring-clips for this box and they sent me this picture to compare: The spring clips on...

I bought the Mac box during my wrenching days before I retired. Bought it in 82 I believe. I put the stick on, because most of my tools are a combination of Snap-On and Mac. Had to keep the tool truck guys happy.:)
