you couldn't pay me enough to glue crown to anything. yes you have either ceiling joist or floor joists on the other side of that drywall on the ceiling. that's your nailer. as suggested you may not need to nail it by I would and then caulk the crown to the ceiling and cabinets so there are...

Options to Cover up weird wall at end of kitchen.

now seeing your framing, I would sheetrock the metal studs all around, and just add a filler from the cabinet above the fridge over to the wall, leave the right side of the fridge alone and have a few inches to the metal framing, you don't need it that tight. now you need to decide where to...

Options to Cover up weird wall at end of kitchen.

3 options: 1 is to sheet rock and paint but that leaves you with no width to get larger fridge and then the side of the fridge is tight to the drywall. 2 is to put a large end panel to the wall, not right IMO. this will look weird and out of place being that wide and not the right "look" it...

Nailers for crown molding over kitchen cabinets

if you have the right filler strip/panel you can simply set the panel on the top of the cabinet 3/4 face material and predrill and screw the panel in from the bottom and **** the panel down to the face material (not the doors).... but the 3/4 by 1.5" thick usually maple if they aren't thermafoil...

Exhaust Fan Recommendation Ok, I know I had a thread about this, but I cant find it. so here it goes. I'm looking for a wall mount, exhaust fan, single phase, 1000-1500cfm - with automatic shutters so I don't have a bunch of cold air coming in and heat leaving when not in use. also, I'd like...

Anyone use Sam's club LED lights

34 wide by 26-28 deep by 13ft ceilings. I only have 6 of these sams club lights and love them. almost 2 years and never had any issues. they are the right k rating and the cost was great. I don't think you need to spend the money on different ones. you will be happy I promise. good luck.

ZMOTORSPORTS, can you post pics of the LED lighting you used under your new age cabinets? I have some 13' ceilings and sometimes I just need some task lighting on my counters that the high LED lights don't provide. Thanks. I also own a 36' diesel pusher but I'm envious of yours !!!

Metal Cutting Blade On Mitre Saw, Possible???

I have a mitre saw and a portaband. I think each has their own use and agree that the wood miter is too fast to properly cut. However, sawblade.com who I saw at the PRI show in INDY has a saw they sell for $250ish for the smaller blade and $360 for the bigger version and they have a...
