Looking For Advice On My 32 x 48 Detached Shop Build

I have 8 of the hero series 5000k 21000lm each. I wired them up in a diagonal pattern on 2 switches. The only time I use all 8 is when I'm detailing. It's too much otherwise. My ceiling height is 16'. Try them. You won't be disappointed.

So the inside ceiling is white metal siding. Cheaper maybe not. Easier yes. I'm doing the entire shop in metal. Easier to clean, hang. One and done. When I worked out the cost of drywall, plaster, primer paint and my time, this comes out cheaper. Plus it's far easier to clean. I'm in Southern...

Yes the shop is lower than the road, so is my house on the opposite side of the property. It never seems to be an issue, the roads are good for drainage into the culvert. The bigger issue I have is the water coming under the man door at the front of the shop in the winterdue to not having...

A little pathway down to the shed: I guess I should mention, a week before I got my gas line in.... Any that's pretty much where I sit now. Got most of the electrical done with a welding outlet on either side. Just ordered a couple 3/4" Rapidair Maxline kits to start the air line system...

Lol. No they are in now, installed last January: I was a little worried about the white but I really like the contrast they bring. The spring brought an opportunity to get the landscaping redone. They did 3/4" crushed limestone with a gabion stone border around the left side parking area and...

    Cleaning stains off untreated concrete

So my shop floor is 8 months old. It was poured in the fall and as a result of that and not having water there yet, I wasn't able to seal it right away. It had leaves fall on it during construction of which I tried my best to clean them off daily, as well as some unfortunate small oil...

Anyone regret doing Rigid Plastic tiles?

If it's a working garage, I wouldn't. I had racedeck in my last garage, although it looked awesome when it was clean, it wasn't that way for long. I also had the tuff shield shiny stuff. It scratched badly even from sand brought in on the cars in the winter. Now having built a new shop I'm gun...

I went with slider windows, I can open them with a 3 step ladder. They're 8' to the bottom. As far as racking, it was designed by an architect and engineer. I'm trusting them on this. It's pretty sturdy now. They did do some corner bracing up in the ceiling.
