Equalizing upper and lower garage levels

Come to think of it...I don't know why I would need them reversible. I should just have the option of switching them on, Summer or Winter, and bring the upstairs air down to the lower level, and then it will naturally recycle back up. Good talk!

Equalizing upper and lower garage levels

A few details, Yes there is an open stairwell on the far end. The upper level has 8' high opening, but no sheetrock or OSB ceiling, so truss bays go all the way to the outside support walls. The support walls, and the main floor ceiling are 11'. The upper level is used for storage, and heats...

I currently have my detached garage house wrapped, but don't know what to do around and above the garage door.

I am finishing a 28' X 36' deep detached garage. I currently have the building house wrapped, but don't know what to do around the garage door. I plan on siding with James Hardie, but what kind of weather protection do I need on the exterior header area?
