I had never bought any of my Craftsman tools anywhere except Sears. Took a couple back to Ace because there is a store right around the corner from me. They would not exchange due to part number even though they clearly had the same size driver on shelf. Didn't think about if they were made...

I found an interesting thing the other day. You cannot take Craftsman tools you purchased at Sears to Ace for exchange. Nor can you take Craftsman tools you purchased at Ace back to Sears for exchange. Apparently they have different part numbers. I found this out trying to return broken...
