Hah, I would love if they built the new one as fast, but sadly no. Here is a picture of the old one. If was rotting away, sinking into the ground, and wasn't worth saving. Once the build is done projects will include; insulation and walls/ceiling, seal the floor and patio, and plan out...

Its started! Last week they tore down the old garage. Time lapse video here: The area between the house and the garage will be spanned by a deck and a concrete patio. I will update here as more stuff happens.
