I hate to revive a thread from the dead for my first post but I just finished rebuilding the same jack and I thought the o-ring sizes may be helpful as it's doubtful that a kit is available. I didn't replace the stem seals or the small ucup on the pump. the other o-rings sizes are 1-2mm x 70mm...
