    The Milwaukee addiction thread! :)

Not sure if you really want it to clip onto your pack out system but bring Milwaukee you know it will.

    The Milwaukee addiction thread! :)

Milwaukee is pretty far behind on this, last week the guy replacing sprinkler heads was telling me about the battery powered food warmer he has. I can see some of our road techs getting this and loving it.

    The Milwaukee addiction thread! :)

I talked to my dad today catching up and got talking about this. He has both the 6.5 and 7.25 saws and really recommended the 6.5 so I’m going to wait and hopefully snag one on a deal.

It was a kit that came with a 8 or 9 battery? I’ve been using my forge 8s on it this year. Now I’m trying to decide what to replace it with.

I’m calling this a write off, did a few checks and is getting power to the motor so agree with you. I’m sure I could have sent it in but not making the same mistake I did with a snap on impact.

Grandpa was left handed and he actually had a Milwaukee right blade saw… you used the other ones and not that one. I’d prefer the left side, blade but the 7.25” saws don’t come that way. I’ve used this saw maybe a dozen or so times so not worn out at all. This has never spun up like the old...

    The Milwaukee addiction thread! :)

I won’t argue it’s almost 10 years old but it’s seen minimal usage. It sits in my basement until I need to use it so not stored improperly. This is a premium brand and reflected in the price, some store brand one I wouldn’t be upset about. I tried that, it’s getting power through the switch to...

    The Milwaukee addiction thread! :)

It’s never failed to cut through stuff but just sounds and feels like it’s struggling way more than a saw like that should. Did a little big of research last night and apparently the trigger assembly likely is the issue. I’m not sure what I want to do at this point.

These circular saws are pretty hard to recommend, not a lot of use and now is dead. Honestly was never impressed with its performance. My dad had his similar saw also die after not a ton of use.

the utter savagery of using crappy tools

We bought a tv stand off Amazon in June, we really liked the way it looked and some people did some good informative reviews for it. They just recently stopped sending a review requests, I wonder if people just throw a quick review to get those to stop.

the utter savagery of using crappy tools

How often do you think people are going to really be using these tools like the OP bought? Also are you going to take the time 6 months to a year later to find the product online and do a review on it? Online reviews for products or places mostly are worth what you are paying for them and...

    Best deals on M18 batteries?

I have a couple of these 3.0 batteries which are supposed to be as good as the 5.0 batteries. You lose some run time but for drills and drivers I like the bigger foot print for stability. They are slightly lighter, just figured might be something to think about.

Used Snap-On electric impact - Bad idea?

I bought the impact well used off the snappy truck for a good deal and last awhile before I had issues. Sent it in paying the flat fee and got a like new one back. I’ve done it a few times on other stuff and worked out well.
