2 post lift install with radiant in floor heat

I found my pex heating lines by turning system on high with cold floors and walking on bare feet before the slab reached a homogenous temp.

Glad you liked the icehouse trim! Looking good, envious of how much space you have there. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    28x50 Pole Shed Garage Build

I know you're nowhere near the area, but the Texans have this icehouse style trim that looks pretty cool and it's cheap if you have the materials available locally. It's basically wainscot composed of corrugated tin, finish trimmed with rough hewn lumber. Goes up very fast. Worth checking out...

Above 1200 Sq/FT The Never Ending Retirement Garage/Shop Projects

Way to go man. I feel like I need an award for reading it all the way through in one sitting. My first build I learned a lot, I'm in a rental now and planning the second build though I have neither a view, water or anything else scenic to build upon other than a very convenient location. I...

Above 1200 Sq/FT Casa de Frijolee - SoCal to Hawaii - gear head style

Re: Casa de Frijolee - a Gear Head's 2-car garage Superb work. You are in California so an exposed compressor, while nuts to me, will still probably last 50 years there.

Nutz 30x40 new shop build - Oklahoma

I just moved to Broken Arrow and bought 1.2 acres. I may hit you up for recommendations good or bad on contractors. What are the plans for the space?

The Abiding Garage; it really ties the house together

Thanks. Going to look at a piece of land in Broken Arrow today. Hard to find decent lots here unless you're a developer and want 20 acres or are ok with a long commute. And the roads in OK are hammered dog ****, so the less commuting the better.

New to the site and a new garage going up to share

Great attention to detail. Planning my next build now and will have to do a spreadsheet analysis of pole vs metal vs stick. Yes I know some last longer but I'm nowhere near retired yet and figure on moving every several years anyways. I'll have to look at the mueller site.

The Abiding Garage; it really ties the house together

Well new **** has come to light man. The abiding garage is sold, along with the house and me and Bunny are off to Tulsa Oklahoma. Will be in a rental for a while while I plan out the next build.

Guess what followed me home? (It's red and it spins)

As a fellow owner of a tire mounter and balancer I can tell you that you will make many new friends and change many more tires than you ever possibly dreamed. When I got my lift I figured everyone would want to use it. When I got the mounter and balancer I thought it would only be for personal...

    Hack's Shack

Superb thread, great craftsmanship and quality. As far as the cherry picker have you thought about picking up a used winch off CL, welding up a bracket for it, as high as you can in on one of the side walls, then winch it up off the ground and hang on the wall (cherry picker folded up) I'd...
