Looks like my CHI insulated double panel 14'wx9't is starting to buckle at the bottom corners. I'm thinking this is from having the rails at an angle matching my roof pitch. And with the Liftmaster 8500 opener putting load on the pins while opening and sitting at the angle when open.

Hunter1151- Yep it is an '80 Margay Xpert. I had one back in the day and have taken up vintage karting. Of course, the old frames are breaking and bending easily from fatigue so I am going to repop them.
To answer the question on the retractable casters, here is what I did. Also here is how I attached the top. I weldedthe nuts into the rails and ground smooth.
It can be, but it weighs ~400lbs. I made provisions to be able to pick it up with the forks on my tractor. I don't expect to have to remove it, as it is my second lift and is only used to store the 911 or the boxster.
Here is 29 gauge (.0172) from Lowes and my rafters are 24" on center. I like it but would actually think about 24 gauge to help with some of the sagging.
