Long term. Tear it out and put in a new slab. If your going to live there forever why fumble around with shop vac and goofy mats all winter every year. As far as floor drains, read up on them, might be able to run them to daylight, or just put a big gravel sump and let it soak in the ground.

I like my new miller digital elite. Was doing a quick job yesterday and grabbed my 10 year old Speeglass and right away remembered why I replaced it, pulling my hair out and wont stay up without fumbling with the knobs.

Yes I have the prelins or girts on the top of the trussed. Didn’t think the dimples would always line up with them. Also might be years/decades before insulation is up there so want a durable product
