I have the Home Depot 10' fan. It moves plenty air, I have mine on an 6 foot extension. For the money its a good deal has the wall mounted control, would do it again.

How did the placement work out? I have a 30' deep shop and just ordered a Challenger VLE10. would like to keep it as close to the door as I can to have more room upfront. Did you place yours 10' from the door? any regrets?

I needed wind rated doors to meet code, actually paid more for the 10x8 sectional than a 12x12 rollup. The rollup made more sense for me as I have 16 foot eaves and with 12 foot doors the rail support would be need to be long even with the high lift rail setup, I was not comfortable with that...

The building including the mezzanine came from quicken steel in GA, its all galvanized steel. The roll up doors are 12x12 from rollupdoorsdirect Janus model 3100, they were great, just ordered and picked up at their warehouse locally.

This is a common issue with the RAM pickups, just weld a nut onto the bolt with a MIG and it backs out. I used an old nut with a collar on it just to get more area protected. Hit it with the MIG in the center a few times. The heat from the weld free's up the stud, there are a ton of you tube...
