I went with the Optilumen retrofit kits! You wouldn't even need a fixture if you have a metal spot to mount them to. The driver AND LED light strips have a magnetic backing on them. The electric supply store in town has them for $69 a set (81/set on Amazon). Takes the place of 4-4' bulbs...
Check into Optilumen retrofit kits. I was just talking with the electric supply house the other day and they have a setup with two two foot LED strips and a driver that comes in a kit to replace the four footers.
I have replaced my 8 foot t8s with another version of that setup and LOVE them...
I just replaced one bank of T8s with this setup from Optilumen. They are pretty slick AND I won't actually have any "bulbs". Like your bulbs the new LEDs are more than twice as bright with two less "bulbs"! Can't wait to get all three banks of lights replaced.

My 30X54X12'-9" high (inside) is stick built on a four foot foundation using foam forms. I love my stick built as opposed to the pole barn type structure! It is 2X6 walls and insulated. Like one other comment-it is covered with OSB on the walls and metal on roof. Insulated walls and ceiling...
