The gearbox side plane of the gearbox mount is not parallel to the carrier plane of the gearbox mount. Meaning that the rubber is stretched on the left side and compressed on the right side. Both planes should be parallel to each other.

I'd love to drive mine again but there is a house renovation and an E30 restauration in the way. :)
