Thanks, ill probably just end up doing something like that, did you have to do anything to the washer? this is an F711A body but from what I can see the head came another ratchet, as it seems F711A wasn’t made in 1/2”? Also looks bigger when compared to the body

Yup it does seem like more trouble than it’s worth. I’m curious if a new spring washer would be enough. What do you mean screw pivot? I only see a pin in the flex joint. More tedious work but I was also getting ideas of replacing the pin with some kind of tapered bolt and sleeve. Probably too crazy
