In your picture it looks like your rail has a larger gap from the ceiling closest to the motor. Is the motor coming loose and sagging? If not, you could lower your rear track mounts slightly if you only need a little bit.

That should not be an issue of an unbalanced neutral as you will use a single pole breaker.
