Another vote for REDBACK, I have several pair, all steel toe and slip on, no laces. I am on cement all day every day, just like wearing a pair of slippers! Light and comfy. My feet used to kill me wearing cheap boot, now it is all I wear. Around $150.00 on the MATCO tool truck.

I love my Lincoln Tig, just make sure you have the anit-freeze in the cooler that is made for it. I use a miller at work and the lincoln is more forgiving to the beginner, which I am. It is a lifelong goal to be really good with it!
