Are there any issues when the compressor runs? Personally, I might take a good luck at it for cracks to see if there's any gross issues and just hand dress any local imperfections. If no gross issues and it seems to run ok, I wouldn't worry about run-out as measured with an indicator.. The...
I have the Ridgid Palm router linked above, and agree with their recommendation. The smaller diameter palm size is nice and easy to control, and can do 90+% of what a full size can do. This would be an excellent first router as long as you have a way to hold your work piece securely enough
I have a hoodie that I wear under my hunting jacket when it's cold out. It's nice because I can turn it on when I'm sitting still and it certainly takes the chill off. It wouldn't replace a heavy coat, but I'm happy with it.

The Bosch 1617 has a really good reputation and lots of accessories. It goes for ~$150 with the fixed base or $190 (1617evspk) for the fixed/plunge base combo. It's pretty much a tried and true option. I don't think you can go wrong with this, it's worth putting on your short list.
I struggled with a Mityvac for a couple evenings until a buddy from work explained to me that you have to leave the bleeder ****** open while you pull a vacuum and **** the fluid/air out. In one of my not-so-bright moments, silly me was pulling a vacuum with the MV pump and then cracking the...
It sounds like you already checked it, but I had a similar issue a couple years ago where the hose (with the gun cable) wasn't plugged completely in the jack. I used a lighter in front of the gun nozzle to verify if I had flow or not when I pulled the trigger.
Good luck.

I know it's not on your list... But I have the Ryobi pole saw attachment on my 40v Ryobi power head, and it works great. The separate power head is a nice option... Plenty of power, and can swap out attachments

I picked up the 3 piece set of Mayhew Dominator pry bars for $37 today... Regularly $50.
It's a nice set, I'm happy.

I third what he said. Another thing to add is that stick/TIG is a constant-current welding process and MIG is a constant-voltage welding process. While both weld metal, the insides of the machines are generally different. You can buy machines that are capable of both processes, but generally...
I have both the SAE and metric version of these, and they work fine:

As for the 60 gallon ones... If I remember right, I think the Kobalt has a longer warranty. Also, it has a NPT air/filter inlet vs a bolt on one for the Husky. The NPT makes it easier to add a Solberg filter/silencer.
