Yes I did. When it is wet it isn't like a skating rink, sand worked very well. Just make sure that every time you pour into the roller tray to mix the can a little because the sand will settle to the bottom.

Two levels are nice because it's 2 distinct areas PLUS it's much easier to clean. I can hose down the car level without slopping up the top level. Car level takes most of the abuse as well as most of the dirt, mud and salt in the winter. Good Eye ........ The Heli is an R/C Trex 700 Nitro.

I can put my Dodge Ram Quad Cab in no problem. The raised area is actually 13' deep. Great for the riding mower and everything else. It was the builders idea when we built the house 23 years ago. Absolutely love it. Thanks for the comments.

The whole garage was starting to look a little tired so we decided to do ceiling, walls and floor about 10 days total. (900 sq ft) Epoxy Shield Industrial 2 coats and Clearcoat 1 coat. If I had it to do over again, the only thing I would do different is purchase more flakes. Part 1 of 3
